In accordance with the Consumer Protection Act, you are entitled to a 7-day appreciation period upon receiving the product. Please note that the appreciation period is not a trial period. Once the product or packaging is unsealed and cannot be restored to its original state, returns will not be accepted.

To qualify for a return, the product must be sent back in its original condition with all contents intact. This includes all accessories, complete packaging (product, manual, accessories, gifts, color box, warranty card, invoice, and all accompanying documents or data). Failure to meet these conditions will affect your return or exchange eligibility.

Products that have been opened, used, or show signs of use—including scratches, cracks, deterioration, breakage, or external damage caused by collision, friction, dropping, wiping, or washing—are excluded from the return and exchange policy.

For defective items, shipping damage, or non-human-caused damage, you may request a free replacement within 7 days (including weekends and public holidays) starting from the day after receiving the product.

The sponsorship cancellation is expected to be completed within 7 working days, and the refund will be finalized by the end of the month.
